i called into the office just to ask a few question thinking i would have to schedule an appointment with the doctor because i had not even thought to ask when i originally saw him. Krystal called me back and i explained what i was calling for and not only was she able to answer all my questions , she was able to answer questions i had not even thought of asking. she was very knowledgeable and friendly and her positive attitude was very reassuring and made me feel like i made the right choice in picking Texas orthopedic specialists . dont get me wrong that entire office is FILLED with awsome people but when your a gem that stands out in a box full of diamonds it speaks to the quality and caliber of service you can expect. im looking forward to having my surgery and i have no more apprehensions about what kind of service i will get , Thanks Krystal !
