Dr Taunton is great. I trusted him 10 yrs ago on my left knee and more recently on my right knee. But the one person that may not get enough "kudos" is Krystal. She is the one that will get you scheduled for surgery and all of the follow ups after. But she is more than that. I had an issue the evening before my original surgery was scheduled that could have put me danger. She reached out to me after I left a message with the office and made sure I was ok. She quickly rescheduled my surgery for the following week after finding out that the issue had been resolved. She also updated all of my follow-up appts the same day. I know this could not have been an easy task as I am sure she had to move appts around. Then a week later as I was getting my things together the night before my surgery, I realized that a key piece of equipment that I needed after surgery was not complete. She went out of her way to make sure a complete piece of equipment was at the surgery center before I arrived. The worst thing that anyone can go through before surgery is stress. Krystal definitely, helped me illiviate a large majority of stress prior to surgery and personally followed up to see how I was doing after. I can't thank you enough, Krystal, for all the work you do behind the scenes.
