  Kirstin Pickens, PA-C

 Kirstin was born and raised in East Texas. She has a BS in Human Biology

 with a minor in Chemistry from Texas Women's University.  She was a teacher

 and coach in the Dallas area for 9 years before attending UT Southwestern

 where she received Master of Physician Assistant studies.

  Gina Guillem, PA-C

  Gina was born in Richmond, Virginia.  She has a BS in Biology from Stetson

  University and Physician Assistant studies and a Masters in Medical Science

  from Nova Southeastern.  She joined our team in November 2006.

    Shannon Amhrein, PA-C   

    Shannon was born in Pittsburgh, PA.  She graduated from Gannuon University in 1996

    with BS in Biology/Physician Assistant Studies.  She is  certified in Occupational

    and Environmental Medicine from Duke University.  She has been with Dr. Troum

    since June of '05, and with Texas Orthopedic Specialists since June '08
